WORK on the Macarthur region’s tallest building is about to get under way. The 10-storey Phillip Square, described by developers as an “architecturally advanced” high-rise building, is in Campbelltown’s Broughton St, just a 200m walk from Campbelltown railway station. The $30 million development on the former El Gustos Ristorante site was approved by the Joint Regional Planning Panel in December last year.
